These are some of the early design for Limbo, a supernatural dimension that Illyana/Magik grew up in. I explored different vibes from "typical hellish landscape" to taking inspiration from "Blue Fire" of Ijen volcano in East Java. The later two ideas are for a different look of Limbo as well as a VFX idea for "Stepping Disc", Illyana's teleportation power.
